Peter Quill, known as Star-Lord, is a key member of the Guardians of the Galaxy in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

Born to Meredith Quill and Ego, a Celestial, Peter was abducted from Earth by Yondu Udonta and the Ravagers after his mother's death.

Raised among the Ravagers, he developed into a skilled thief and pilot, adopting the moniker Star-Lord.

Star-Lord's first appearance in the MCU was in the movie Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), where he is portrayed by actor Chris Pratt. He played a crucial role in forming the Guardians and protecting the galaxy from various threats.

He wields element guns and utilizes his cunning and resourcefulness in combat.
